Camarillo Christian Church is seeking a full-time Kids Ministry team director to help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children during services and events. This on-site position involves supervising and leading activities for children of various ages and working collaboratively with and developing other team members to ensure a positive experience for all children and families.

• Team building, recruiting, equipping, empowering, and encouraging your team.
• Experience working with children in a ministry, childcare, or educational setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and volunteers.
• Knowledge of child development and best practices for working with young children
• Demonstrated commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children and families.
• Ability to pass a background check and adhere to all child safety policies and procedures.
• Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the needs of children and families.
• Available to work on Sundays and willingness to occasionally work on holidays and evenings for special events.
• Willingness to work and collaborate with team (staff) in different departments to accomplish overall goals of CCC.
